In conjunction with Malaysia Day, we’re asking families to document their heritage recipes. From one generation to the next! Ask your grandma, kong kong, aunty, uncle about a family recipe that you have been enjoying through the generations.
Age Groups:
Category One: Upper Primary Std 4-6 (9-12y.os)
Category Two: Secondary 1-5 (13-17y.os)
Medium/Materials:
We want to see genuine creativity! Any medium is OK,sculpture, wood, textiles, paint, poetry, a song.The canvas is yours! Any language is OK too.Digital art is acceptable, but NO AI generated content.
Mechanics:

Ask someone in your family who is from an older generation about a recipe that has been in your family for generations.

Develop a creative expression from that recipe (it could be revolving around the final dish, or even just the experience of cooking that dish with your family member).
