This event was co-organized with Peranakan Association Singapore & Persatuan Peranakan Cina Melaka (PPCM).

A hybrid fringe event developed in tandem with the literary festival organized in Singapore by The Peranakan Association Singapore. In Melaka, on-ground activities that accompanied the event included a pantun (poetry) workshop, dondang sayang performance, a new play by creative theatre company Krate, and a talk on food memory stories. A series of poetry reading videos also accompanied the festival, read by Melakans.
